WOJ Education Welcomes Dr. Parvinder Kaur to Lead State Partnerships in India

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Parvinder Kaur has joined WOJ Education as Director General – State Partnerships in India.

With more than 19 years of distinguished leadership experience, Dr. Kaur has served in senior positions across both government and private sectors — including as Pro Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, and Project Head for large-scale skill development initiatives in Punjab. An academic achiever, she is a Gold Medalist from Kurukshetra University and holds a Doctorate from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Renowned for her pioneering work in strengthening the skill development ecosystem of Punjab, Dr. Kaur has played a key role in shaping impactful policies, building sustainable partnerships, and driving initiatives that have empowered youth and transformed communities.

At WOJ Education, her leadership comes at a time when Google Career Certificates have reached over 1 million graduates worldwide, with 70% reporting career advancement. We are proud to embed these certificates into our project-based and peer-to-peer learning suite in India, ensuring learners gain globally recognized skills and the hands-on experience employers demand.

In a bid to ignite the spark of curiosity and innovation, the WOJ Education team collaborated with two great institutions to offer a two-day program discovery event.
